| SHIPPING POLICY:
To purchase items using our Shopping Cart, simply follow the steps listed below. If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart or your cart appears empty
after you have added items to it, please consult the troubleshooting tips further down on this page.
- Find an item that interests you
- Click the Add to Shopping Cart button on any product.
- If you wish to add more than one item to your order, click on Add to Shopping Cart, again.
- When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the "Cart Contents" button or the Shopping Bag icon found at the top right of the page
of our store. If you have added an item and Your Shopping Cart is already visible on the right-hand side of the page, proceed to the next step.
- Click the Checkout button. You will be asked to Log In. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to fill out a registration form. Please do so, if you wish
to opt out at a later time, you will have the option to do so. Once finished, you will be able to complete your order.
- If you want to modify your order before you complete the checkout process, here is how:
* Want to buy multiple quantities of an item in your Shopping Cart? Click the [Edit] button in the Products area. Change the number in the Qty. box and click the
Update button at the bottom of the cart.
* Want to remove an item from your Shopping Cart? Click the Remove box next to the product that appears to the left of any item in your cart.
- How are shipping costs calculated? We use a flat rate with USPS for the smaller items, UPS calculator for the larger items, based on your zip code.
The total shipping charge will be displayed on the Delivery Information page as part of your ordering process, before you submit your order.
* 2-3 business days, Priority Mail on books.
* 3-5 business days, First Class mail
* 2-5 business days, UPS Ground
* Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc..
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a
refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to
receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item.
