About Dr. Frost
Dr. Frost is a Naturopathic Functional Medicine doctor as well as a published author, lecturer and national workshop facilitator both here and abroad. He has had intensive training in Clinical Applied Kinesiology with its founder Dr. George Goodheart, a world-renown expert in the field of Integrative Alternative Medicine. Dr. Frost earned his National Certification and State Registration in Polarity Therapy and has additional certification in Integrative Natural Medicine from Capital University in Washington, D.C.
He is a certified member of the Chinese National Qi Gong Institute with over 30 years experience in Asian healing science and movement arts. He studied with Taoist masters, Mantak Chia and Hua Ching Ni and is the founding Director of the American Association of Taoist Studies, an organization dedicated to the application of natural healing principles for achieving high-level wellness. He has become one of the most sought after instructors of Taiji, Qi Robics and Qi Gong. He is the creator of Qi Robics, which is an eclectic blend of Medical Qi Gong, Tibetan Yoga, Internal Martial Arts body
